Filter cartidges

Filter cartridges type F

The filter element consists of a synthetic felt pleated on a wire mesh reinforcement. The ends are glued in two cups which faces are equipped with felt seal sealing on the surfaces of the filters.

The central tube is reinforced built for high crushing resistance. An anti-wetting treatment allows the passage of water or hydrocarbons loaded gas.

Standard efficiency:

98.0% at 5μm

99.5% at 8μm

99.9% at 10μm

Filter cartridges type PN

The cartridge is made of a pleated paper element with two ends in metal cups (or over-moulded polyurethane) equipped with felt seals which seal the filter.

A central perforated sheet reinforcement tube avoids crushing when the load loss increases. The outer part is protected by a metal grid.

Standard efficiency

95.0 % to 1 μm

99.5 % to 3 μm

99.9 % to 5 μm.

The large filtration area increases the dust holding capacity. The paper is treated to resist water and hydrocarbon vapors.

Filter cartridges type CC

The filter element consists of a composite mineral fiber filter media pleated on a synthetic fiber reinforcement. The ends are glued in two cups which faces are equipped with elastomer seals sealing the filter.

The central tube is reinforced for high resistance to crushing creating a very important filtering surface. Moreover,  the process is suitable for liquid or gas coalescence.

Use:

Liquid filtration

Liquid and dry gas filtration

Standard efficiency is 99.99% at 1μm
